To uphold hygiene, safety, and quality for our entire community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Canning Jars, Tools & Supplies Opened/Used Food Storage Containers Used Personal Care Kitchen Appliances*
*This includes used blades or components from appliances like Blenders and Juicers.
Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling is not eligible for return.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Once received (typically within 5 business days), we will inspect the item and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

- The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider:
