Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
🛠️ Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Canning Jars, Tools & Supplies: Due to hygiene and safety reasons associated with food preservation.
- Food Storage Containers that have been opened or used.
- Personal Care Kitchen Appliances (such as certain blades or components from Blenders, Juicers) that have been used, for hygiene reasons.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing and Method
We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to our order fulfillment:
- Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and inspected. Standard or free shipping charges will apply to the new shipment based on your order value and location.
